Return to play
Structured clearance pathways after injury so athletes progress safely from rehab back to training and competition.

Return-to-play decisions balance healing, strength, confidence, and sport-specific demands. We avoid one-size-fits-all timelines and instead use clinical markers and functional progress.
Your pathway may include shared sessions with physiotherapy and biokinetics, gradual exposure to running or contact, and checkpoints before full competition clearance.
Parents, coaches, and school or club medical officers are welcome in the conversation when that helps keep everyone aligned.
Who it is for
Athletes recovering from acute injury, surgery, or prolonged time away from sport who need clear progression criteria.
What to expect
- Review of injury history, imaging, and rehab completed so far
- Functional testing appropriate to your sport and level
- A staged plan covering training load, contact, and match readiness
